Kaichou Wa Maid-sama - Episode 9

I am supposed to be sleeping right now, but all for Usui...I am finishing this post ♥♥♥♥
This episode is a side story in the manga and this is my 2nd favorite side story. Too bad that it was animated already without showing the events of the Student Council Re-election. But anyway, this is still one great episode! Usui is there and HE IS ONE DAMN HOT ONI!!♥♥♥♥

This episode is actually an interpretation of the Japanese folktale, Momotaro. Kaichou characters play the part of the different roles in the folktale. Of course, there will be some twists and turns in the story to fit in the Kaichou plot, but my most favorite of all is the ONI who is SO, SO, SO, CUTE!!!

Also, Onigashima, the actual island in the folktale turned out to be Usui's place where he all missing females went because they are so tired of taking care of the males in their town. There is also a reference to another Japanese legend, Urashima Taro, all thanks to the Moron Trio's randomness.

Anyway, what I really loved in this episode is of course, Usui playing the Oni. As usual, he is ever so cute!!!! He is also the narrator of the story because it was Usui's special folk tale that she made Misa-chan listen to when she is asleep at the Student Council Room. It looks like Misa-chan is having nightmares but SHE IS REALLY BLUSHING AS SHE SLEEPS!!!

I think the Usui Special Folk Tale is his way of telling to Misa-chan how he feel about her. In the end of the story, Momotaro and the Oni started going out and stayed together. The couple traveled together in different places. Clearly, that is what Usui really feels about Misa-chan. The story reflects what he cannot put into words and directly say to Misa-chan so he chose other means to let her know about it!

Isn't this method REALLY, REALLY, REALLY SWEET?! I am really melting in sweetness because of this!! I am also loving Usui's looks towards the end when he blushes while saying that Misa is very seductive in her torn, short, dress.

But everything else would be sweeter if you guys will know the reason why Usui is at the Student Council Room while Misa-chan is sleeping. It's not just a random prank of Usui, THERE IS A VERY SPECIAL REASON WHY USUI IS BESIDE MISA WHILE SLEEPING. Wanna, know? Hahahaha. I won't spill for the non-manga readers who doesn't want spoilers. But hey, if you insist on knowing, do not hesitate to email me for that! Hahahahaha. Its at hyperparfait@gmail.com and I will be delighted to tell you the very sweet tale.

Next episode would be the introduction of the Yumemeshi and their relationship with Sakura! This story is also nice :)

Both the time I saw this chapter, first on anime and second on manga I overlooked this concept and thought it was just some random humor special but this is too true xD; it makes what seems a filler episode sooo much better /o/
    Thanks

  2. @Aorii..

I also overlooked it when reading the manga but I just realized that after watching the episode. I guess it's because this omake was presented too early :)

  4. I agree this episode was so funny and nice to watch. I loved Grandpa Yukimura the best. With his adorable little beard and what not. Those chibi grandparents in the beginning just really set the mood and made me laugh through the whole episode :D
