Episode 25: Merkadis
Guess who is back in this episode???? It's Taliesin!!!!!!!!!!! He is back..he is alive..he is well...all thanks to his dragon friends!!!
Anyway..we will go back to Taliesin later on *__*
The group faces Lector, a White Spirit. It was also revealed that it was actually him who killed Arthur's parents and not Arawn. It was just a trick planned by Lector to frame Arawn. The reason why he killed Arthur's father was because he wanted to know the location of the resting place of the demon king. The descendants of Pwyll know this but Arthur's father died protecting the secret. Then much to their surprise, the then sleeping Maou awakened and is now infront of him.
Lector's goal right now is to bring about the end of the world so that everything dies and turns into pure white ash - a perfect world that he envisions and he wants. Of course, Arawn and everyone else would not allow such thing to happen as they fight Lector and his skeleton minions. Lector is so skilled for all of them. His speed is unmatched even by Arawn and Arthur combined. But determination defeats skills as Arthur would always stand everytime he falls. He manages to cut Lector's cheek that caused him to go mad. Merkadis suddenly appeared in the center. Lector lets its flame engulf him and so they be one. Ogam said that this the same creature that took Arawn's life in the previous war. The floor collapses and then....
TALIESIN ARRIVED!!!!!! He brought with him his dragon friends and saved everyone. Now that Lector and Merkadis merged, the group has a problem to face.

Episode 26: Words of Power
Merkadis uses its electrum breath cannon to blow up a mountain. Ogam explains that the only way to supress the Merkadis is to use the Words of Power and the only person who can sing the incantation is Riannon. This shocks the lass claiming that she didn't know the words.
Arawn believes in Riannon and is willing to buy time for her to prepare. Arthur and Arawn use Edram and Dywrynn to deflect the electrum cannon but the electrum is too much for Arawn. They decided to attack head on and on the 2nd fire of the electrum, Arawn fell. Riannon came to the rescue with her healing magic. But healing magic couldn't help the injuries of Arawn as electrum is fatal for him. Arthur talked to Arawn telling him to wake up and stand up as his feet is made for standing. Arawn wakes up and reassures Riannon that he is just okay.
Riannon suddenly had a vision. In it, she saw herself and everyone else: Octavia, Morgan, Arawn, Arthur, Ogam and everyone else. She realizes that the answer is just right inside her. Primula then appears and urged her to see things from her own perspective so that the world would revolve around her. Myrddin, Pwyll also appeared and the three of them asked her to save everyone, to save Arawn.
After such visions, she approaches Merkadis and recites incantation that goes:

The monster was stripped off of its power and slowly, Lector is being revealed. Arawn and Arthur charges to finish him off. Arthur gave the final blow.
As everything turns out to be fine, they all return to Avalon. While Arawn and Arthur is viewing the night, Arawn got a vision of Pwyll telling him to continually guide Arthur and asked him to make Arthur the Crown Prince of the Ancient Albion Kingdom. Arawn does so in a formal ceremony. Arthur takes the crown and now known as the Pendragon.
Just like any fairy tale, everyone lived happily every after. Arawn set down Edram at Myrddin's stone monument as he has no need for it as of the moment.
And ohhhh....I wanna special mention Taliesin's ending!!!!! He offered himself to be Arthur's court musician. I think he was selected and got the job since he still lived at Avalon. He caught Rathty who was about to tip over and teased her!!!! OMG. I am so happy that HE IS VERY MUCH ALIVE!!!!!!!! This is the best ending of all!! ^^
And oh oh oh, the crowned Arthur looks equally cute as Pwyll!!!! Waaa! I like him tooo!! ^^

Nice, the anime has finally ended. It's a sad thing that I wasn't able to deliver my summaries in time because our internet connection was canceled. I'm going to do much much updating as soon as I can!
